Bidding Rules & Guidelines

• PDF Upload Requirement: Bidders must upload a single comprehensive proposal document outlining hardware specs, execution timelines, and vendor certifications. Maximum file size is 5MB.
• Statutory Integrity: In line with our procurement code detailed on the Governance page, any attempts to influence tender valuations will result in immediate disqualification.
• Timeline Compliance: Proposals submitted after the closing date (20 Aug 2026) will be automatically blocked by the server gateway.
